These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GRIP0S platform at grip0s.com ("Service"), operated by GRIP0S ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use GRIP0S.
You agree to use GRIP0S only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Free Plan: Available at no cost with limited features as described on our pricing page.
Paid Plans: Pro ($9/month) and Enterprise ($29/month) plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing includes a discount as displayed at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. After 14 days, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to GRIP0S, including infrastructure configurations, monitoring data, and messages. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
GRIP0S monitors your infrastructure endpoints at intervals determined by your plan. While we strive for accurate and timely monitoring, we do not guarantee 100% uptime detection accuracy. The Service should not be your sole monitoring solution for critical infrastructure.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
The GRIP0S platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by GRIP0S and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRIP0S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
